Sandy and I are invited every year to do a clinic for the Sports Executive Leadership Conference at the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, CO. It is put on by our friends at General Sports and is a fantastic event. There are executives from MLB, NFL, NBA, NHL, US Olympic Committee and US Soccer amoung others. A few years ago Bucky Smith was visiting his grandfather, Jack Lumpkin, in St. Simons Island, GA. He had a break from school where he competed on the Kennesaw State baseball team.
